Sitemap format error feedback
If the site audit finds format errors in my sitemap, it would be great if it also provided a breakdown of where those errors occur, instead of needing to use an outside website to determine the error.
I am getting sitemap error in SemRush but when I check it everywhere else it scores 100%. Is there a bug in semrush or can Semrush let us know what they think the error is?
I get format errors, the xml is well formed, I believe it checks full DTD and report any node missing, but sitemaps should work with only <loc>

http://www.northropandjohnson.com/sitemap_000.xml is throwing an error in your tool but it is valid xml and you do not state the error. Very un-helpful

When you say that there are wrong pages in the xml sitemap, it would be a good idea to say why they are wrong.
I agree 200%. If they can find the error then they should pin point it out. I don't see why that would be so hard.

When you list something as an issues, this mean it didn't pass in any of your checks, right? But you don't show us what exactly check it didn't pass, just the "group", like "errors with sitemap.xml".
For instance, an issues found for the sitemap.xml could be triggered by a "broken pages (with 4xx or 5xx status), pages which simply redirect to other pages on your site (with 301 or 302 status), canonical pages or pages blocked from crawling", but you just tell us that it's an error in the sitemap.xml and list the URL, which is lot more difficult to diagnose and fix the issue. The ideal would be "http://www.domain.com/some-page has a 301 redirect to http://www.domain.com/some-page/"
